Returns and Refunds Policy

Leva & Mabi Ltd is committed to delivering quality artwork far and wide. Megan takes every care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, but sometimes, the universe has other ideas!

If you have any questions about your order(s), you may contact Megan via email at [email protected]. 

Megan is based in England and strives to answer all emails within 48hrs of receipt. If you are in another part of the world, please be mindful of any time differences.

You will find additional information below regarding refunds and returns, and if you require a more detailed explanation, you may read our Terms and Conditions.

Your Right to Cancel

If you wish to cancel your order with Leva & Mabi Ltd, you must inform Megan via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods. During this 14-day cooling-off period, you do not need to explain why you wish to cancel your order(s).

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to Leva & Mabi Ltd. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, Leva & Mabi Ltd will ensure that all applicable refunds are made to you, the customer. 

Please note that a refund will NOT be issued if you:

  • knew an item was faulty when you bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself (or getting someone else to do it)
  • no longer want the order(s) and are outside of your 14-day cooling-off period

Returning Goods 

Any goods to be returned to Leva & Mabi Ltd are to be booked with Megan via email at [email protected]. Do not send any goods back to the registered company address listed at the bottom of this website.

If you send goods to the registered company address, Leva & Mabi Ltd will not be held liable for any delays, damages or losses. If you need to return any goods, Megan will inform you of the correct return address when she processes your request.

Leva & Mabi Ltd only accepts returns from the person who bought the goods. Leva & Mabi Ltd also reserves the right to request proof of purchase when processing requests concerning returns and refunds.

Deposits for Custom Orders and Commissioned Artwork

You may also request custom orders or otherwise commission Megan for a project. 

Please note that such projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure Megan’s time and cover the cost of materials. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
